Higher Education Reform

Information Project on Higher Education Reform – Phase III

Service Contract signed with the European Commission DG EAC and EACEA.
In the framework of this service contract, UNICA (consortium leader) in
cooperation with Brussels Education Services contribute to the
following contract outcomes:

• General, perceptible awareness-raising about the higher education reforms and in particular the Bologna Process
  amongst stakeholders in EU member states,
  the EEA countries and one Candidate countries, and Tempus partner countries.
• Maintaining mechanisms of information, communication and
  coordination ensuring a smooth functioning of the National Teams of
  Bologna Experts and of the Higher Education Reforms Experts.
• Reinforcing networking facilities between all experts.

In order to do so, the following activities are envisaged

• The organisation of five training seminars for Bologna Experts and Higher Education Reforms Experts in the years 2010 - 2011 (following one: Nicosia, Cyprus, 22 - 24 November 2010).
• The organisation of five regional seminars in countires in the Tempus programme.
• The organisation of a workshop in Brussels (Septmber 2010) for the future organisers of the regional seminars in Tempus partner countires.
• Networking activities through the promotion of the Bologna Experts’ Virtual Community.
