Conference centre of Tallinn University is holding allotments at special rates in various hotels. Sufficient number of rooms has been reserved at several hotels from among which every participant should find a suitable option. Taxes and breakfast are included in the room rate.

Accommodation reservation terms
Please use the registration form to make your accommodation reservation and indicate your hotel and room preference.
Conference Secretariat will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
Special price is valid only if reservation is made through the Conference Secretariat.
Accommodation reservation deadline is May 17th, 2010.
For later registration accommodation in the above-mentioned hotels and for the special price can not be guaranteed. Given the fact that the number of rooms available in
individual hotels is limited, the accommodation will be allocated on a first come - first served basis. In case the room and/or hotel you have chosen is not available, the Conference Secretariat will contact you to make an alternative suggestion.
Cancellation and Changes
All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat:
kerli.kangro@tlu.ee. Conference Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing.
Accommodation reservations can be cancelled or changed before May 24th, 2010.
In case of cancellations or changes after the given date or no-shows, there may be penalty fees by the hotels, which will be borne by the participant.
